1909 Family Photo

This is a photo of my grandfather, his sister and brother taken in 1909. Amazing to think this photo is over 100 years old.

Beautiful art, Judy! I love your blog! The photo of your Grandfather and his siblings is VERY special, but I want to see his face! The shadow/mist edge is lovely, and perfect for the photo if that was your GrandMOTHER in the middle, and her two pesky bros that you never got along with (snicker) covered over with AI !
When your company leaves and you are not too busy, could you show us the original photograph? Thanks~ Erin

Judy, that photo is absolutely incredible! I love that you used something so personally meaningful for this challenge, and you did a gorgeous job with the Fragment technique! I love the charm and the tiny numbers that signify the date, too. This is really something special, and I'm so happy you shared it with us at the CCC!

Thank you for posting the original photo, Judy~ it is SO SWEET! I am crazy about old pictures like this and love to look at the details in their clothes and gaze at each face and wonder what they were thinking or what life was like then.
Funny, but I love your art even more now that I have "the whole picture"! Thanks for taking the time to do that at my request.
