Here's the lastest in a series of Compendium of Curiosities Challenges using "Industrial Grunge" on the little oval on the gift bag... Make a wish!

Challenge

So, I've been making and selling little one of a kind gift bags, I thought why not make one for this week's challenge! I found Tim Holtz Charms at a local store and the package had been ripped open so I reached around behind it and bought the next package in the row. I found out this morning that it's not the charms, it's circle and oval fragments! Thought I'd use the fragments on my little gift bag, ENJOY! Wizard of Oz style...
